Colorado Housing Market Looking Bleak (June 11, 2008)

Some builders are going out of business, others are pulling out of Colorado. New housing starts have been down 8 consecutive quarters. Experts believe that this year will be the worst year for construction since 1989. The good news is that inventory is declining. The faster inventory declines, the more quickly we move in the direction of a housing recovery.
